How We Work
By working ‘in the middle’ between partners we are independent and work equally for all partners, irrespective of who funds us. In this way we can ask the hard questions and get below the surface, enabling tough issues to be resolved and high-performance outcomes achieved.
As we work with partnering consortia, we take every opportunity to build the partners skills and confidence while keeping them on track and reducing dependency on us. By creating a neutral space for issue resolution, we reduce risk and the time to develop solutions, while ensuring accountability of all those involved.
We‘ve worked between many types of partnerships, from within the same industry or sector, to partnering between business, government and community, as well as supply chain partnering.

Brokering Solutions
In 2016, OZ Minerals and the Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation engaged in a partnering process around a proposed new mine at Carrapateena in northern South Australia.
We were engaged to independently broker the partnering process and to help develop a strong relationship between the two parties.
